Enquiries and trial bookings

We use the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, your child’s age, interests and experience, and preferred course or location, to answer your enquiry, recommend a starting point, arrange a trial and discuss availability. Please provide only what is needed; avoid including medical information or other sensitive details in an initial enquiry. Parents or guardians should make enquiries on behalf of children.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and administering our programmes, and, where applicable, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. If further information is needed for enrolment or safeguarding, we will explain its purpose at that stage.

Forms, hosting and service providers

The Book a Trial button opens a form hosted by Google Forms. Google processes form submissions on its systems; visiting that service may also involve Google’s own cookies and privacy settings. See Google’s privacy policy. This notice covers our use of the responses we receive.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers our website and caches dashboard data. Website infrastructure may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service. Google Sheets supplies the training scores shown on team dashboards. Information is shared with service providers as needed to provide these services and with authorities where required by law. These providers operate internationally, so processing may take place outside the UK under their applicable terms and data protection safeguards. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Team dashboards

Team dashboards show team-level training scores, dates and official competition information. The dashboard feed excludes individual driver names. Dashboard pages are not linked from our public homepage and are marked to stay out of search results. Anyone who receives a team’s link can view that dashboard, so please share it only with the intended families and students.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond, arrange a trial and resolve related follow-up questions. If you enrol, relevant information may be needed to administer the programme. Retention depends on the purpose, whether a matter is still active, and any safeguarding, legal or record-keeping requirements; information should not be kept after it is no longer needed for those purposes. Contact us to ask about the information held in your case or request deletion.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies, use tracking pixels, or store visitor profiles in browser storage. It does not load Google Forms until you follow the external booking link. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when protecting or delivering the website. External services, including Google Forms, have their own cookie arrangements.

We have not installed Google Analytics or advertising trackers. If we introduce technologies requiring consent, we will provide the appropriate choices before activating them.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where that right applies. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Email info@neplioacademy.com with your request; we may need to verify your identity.
